Banii in wallet. Ce e de facut?

Personal, am toti banii in wallet. Stiu ca majoritatea de pe aici sunteti fericiti pentru ca aveti banii in virtual (s-a intors roata, norocul vostru). Insa noi astia putini de avem banii in wallet, ce avem de facut? Stie cineva ceva?

Eu i-am scris lui Mallick si am primit un raspuns automat generat:

... adica fix ce apare si pe pagina celor de la epassporte. De 2 zile astept sa ne zica ce avem de facut sa intram in posesia banilor si gata. Am senzatia ca banii mei din wallet au ajuns deja investitie pentru una dintre noile productii cinematografice ale lui Mallick. Minunat!

In conditiile astea am scris oricum si la adresa indicata pe site, insa de ieri nu am primit niciun raspuns; banuiesc ca au o groaza de cereri de procesat si totusi "Unde sunt banii meiiii?" :((

Iti scriu acest mesaj ca sa te incurajez!In rimul rand foarte multi care aveau banii in walet ca si tine au reusit sa-si traga banii catre carduri sau conturi personale...asta se intampla la inceputul lunii sept cand nu erau asa multe cereri de transferuri...in al doilea rand cei care aveau banii in visa virtual acount incepand de azi isi pot scoate banii cu cardurile epassport(printre care ma numar si eu).....daca se vroia o mare teapa din partea epass sau a altcuiva NU CRED CA EXISTA CINEVA CARE SA MAI POATA SA-SI ACCESEZE VREUN DOLAR INDIFERENT DACA ERA IN WALET SAU VIRTUAL ACCOUNT!!!!!Asa ca logica mea ma face sa cred ca toti ne vom recupera banii mai devreme sau mai tarziu !Te sfatuiesc sa te relaxezi un pic..sa ai rabdare(stiu ca e f greu tinand cont ca ai destul in walet peste 15 000 daca nu ma insel) sa nu te mai stresezi atata ca esti tanara si iti trebuie forta de munca sa faci alti dolari!!! St. Kitts Bank has announced that Visa Cards have been reactivated and funds are available to be withdrawn as of today. If you have funds on your Virtual Visa Card, please use your Visa Electron Card at ATM.s or Points of Sale Merchant locations. You can also use your Visa Virtual Card for online purchases. If you have funds on your ePassporte Wallet Account, we kindly ask that you direct all correspondence to one address: walletrequests@epassporte.com. Please be patient with us during this time as we have encountered a large number of fraudulent requests and are working with a small staff to review accounts manually.

daca e cineva care a avut mai mult de 2000$ in Visa Vrtual si a reusit sa scoata banii...sa scrie aici. eu am peste 2000$ in cont si nu ma lasa sa retrag niciun leu. probabil mai fac ei niste verificari.

Eu am facut 2 retrageri in 2 zile consecutive din e-wallet catre cardu meu personal. Dupa ce am facut a 2-a retragere, s-a inchis epass in urm. zi...:( Am vazut msg`u lor, si am trimis cred ca pana acum vreo 10 mailuri catre adresa indicata de ei, si nici un raspuns. Am facut ultima retragere pe 30 sept. Si de atunci, nici un $ pe card, si nici un semn de viata din partea lor. Eu una nu mai am nici o speranta la banii aia, cu toate ca nu strica chiar de loc

Si-a primit cineva banutii? Eu nu am primit nici raspuns la mail nici banutii si suntem deja pe 17 (bine, a fost weekend, dar in conditii de genul asta se lucreaza si duminica, in puii mei!)

Cei cu bani in wallet, logati-va in cont la epassporte, au aparut informatii despre modalitatea de rambursare a fondurilor din Wallet si cer uploadarea unor documente.

Before epassporte crashed, I made a wire transfer request that was supposed to be sent out to my USD account here in Romania. I have received the approval for the transfer 1 or maybe 2 weeks before epassporte crashed.

In the given situation, is there any other document that you need from me so that I can get my money back, please?

is currently down to a small core of employees who are finalizing all wire

Am trimis toate documentele cerute de Epassporte, pe 24 Oct. Mie una si acum imi scrie pending la wire status, si la upload documents scrie Not yet received. Cei care ati mai incarcat documentele respective, ati vazut ceva miscare pe cont, au primit aia documentele? Sau vreun e-mail primit cv....?
