Astazi ePassporte prin ownerul sau C. Mallick a lansat un comunicat de presa postat mai devreme aici in forum de subsemnatul si pe care il parafrazez din nou mai jos . We at ePassporte are as distressed as you, our valued cardholders, over an action that we did not see coming and as of today we still have received no good basis for it.
First, be assured that your funds are fully safe and protected. You are owed that and it will be fulfilled. The funds are secure.
Second, ePassporte is working with the St. Kitts bank to work out how all payments will be made and when. The details are complicated, because there are funds in motion and where and when they settle requires us to all be careful that we fully and properly account for all those funds and their rightful owner. This issue stems from our processing and reporting ability through the Visa system and their processor.
Third, ePassporte's most important asset has always been our account holder's. We are not going to undermine that asset by treating cardholders in any manner other than the best we can.
Most of us have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with banks and card associations that simply “cut us off” and did not pay us. Those actions were limited to card acquiring (merchant accounts), not card issuing, which is what we do. We can all take some comfort in the fact that this situation is not anything like the acquiring side of the business.
We all fully understand that communication to our cardholders is critical. However, it does not help any of us if we are constantly updating you on the basis of the calls that take place almost hourly. It seems to us that giving you facts, based on agreements we are working on is the best form of communication. This is what we will be doing. When we know something, that is a fact, we will report it, quickly. Our staff is all working diligently to resolve these issues and the many moving and complicated parts of getting the funds returned. Therefore, please do not mistake our silence as “hiding”, “avoiding” or “stringing you along”. We too have funds that are stuck in the system, as well as massive costs of operation without any income.
Rest assured that when we know, you will know and you will all be satisfied with the results. Again, your money is safe.
For those of you that have been in the industry for many years, I hope you will recall that I have a very strong track record of fighting for the rights of webmasters, program sponsors, billing companies, merchants and the industry; that dedication continues.

OK . hai sa vedem cum suna comunicatul celor de la iBill inainte de falimentul si teapa din 2004 . iBill Update We just posted this on CMI:
September 29, 2004 iBill Clients: Please know that paying our clients is our highest priority. iBill is continuing to negotiate the release of settlement funds being withheld by First Data in order to pay our clients. In addition to our continued negotiations with First Data, we are working on freeing up additional capital to speed up the remittance of past due payments to our clients.
As you all know, we have been working through the difficult issue of transitioning our domestic IPSP business to our new domestic merchant bank at a pace that was faster than what was initially proposed or had been planned. In order to ensure proper compliance for our US sponsored merchants we will not be accepting Visa transactions until each US sponsored merchant has completed their new iBill merchant agreement with our new domestic bank. All US clients will continue to have the ability to offer MasterCard, Discover, JCB, American Express, Online checks, Web 900 and WebPhone. iBill account managers will have agreements available on Friday, October 1st. Planned implementation is scheduled for as early as Friday, October 8th.

si e doar un exemplu gasit rapid pe net , undeva intr-un forum . Ceva similitudini ? Cred ca povestea asta este gata , game over ePassporte . Este posibil ca banii sa nu fie pierduti , dar recuperarea acestora sa dureze 30...60...180 zile , si chiar si atunci prioritate vor avea alte tari si alte conturi (eventual din cele grele care ii pot da in judecata , etc.). Parerea mea este asta : Game over . Voi ce ziceti ?

Alexiss eu de pe data de 3 sept cand am vzut primul mesa de la Malick ma fost ferm convinsa ca e gsme over ; nici nu ma separat ca voi mai recupera banii ; tacerea lor mormantala faptul ca au dat o de la stanga la dreapt ac VISA ca banca ca toata lumea era de vina numai ei nu , modul cum discutam al tel cand i am sunat mi au trezit f multe semnale de alarma
eu personal le am facut plangere la FBI astept vreo veste de la ei ; in caz ca nu aopare nimik le mai fac inca una le dau si tel ; pana la urma nu traim in padure ci in tro lume cat de cat normala ;mijloace exista si paana la urma se va gasi cienva sa ii starnga de toate cele

Dupa ce am citit ambele "comunicate oficiale" si mai ales dup ca am citi mail-ul de la cams(pe care l-am postat in new topic) in care spun foarte clar ca incidentul cu epass nu este unul izolat si ca orice alta metoda de plata echivalenta cu epass poate oricand sa aiba aceleasi probleme,........SI MAI ALES CAND CAMS IN SFARSITUL MAILULUI NE INDRUMA SA NE ALEGEM METODA DE PLATA INTELIGENT........E CLAR(cel putin pt mine) ai dreptate......GAME OVER EPASSPORTE.....

revin ca mai vroiam sa spun ceva multumesc mult lui Aditza , Alexiss , celor care au amia dus informatii reale despre ce si cum sa intamplat ;nu pot sa nu zic ca am ramas cu un gust amar despre majoritatea modelelor care in lok sa afac ceva concret au preferat sa astepte mura in gura informatiile ,deh e scump rau un tel in USA maia les cand ai mii de dolari pe sesiune ce sa mai zik

imi pare rau pentru cei care au pierdut bani dupa parerea mea nu cred ca cine din romania adik un model sau un studiou mai mic sa-si mai recupereze bani de epassporte. si cred ca foarte multe studiouri de apartament o sa deie faliment sau o sa die tzepe pe la modele. am dat o cautare pe google depre problema cu epassporte si am vazut pe un site un tip avea de primit 242.000$

mda si eu sutn de acord ca sa ai un cont bancar trebuie macar 1000/2000 euro pe luna sa faci....doar nu desschizi cont bancar pt 300 euro pe luna lol  costa mai mult itnretinerea contului....contul in lei costa, cel in euro costa iar cardul are si el un pret...plus ca daca alegi si optiunea aia de verificare a tranzactiilor pe internet costa si aia(ma refer la ING)...

Nu o sa dispara nici un model. Daca nu isi revine epassporte In scurt timp o sa se foloseasca payoneer si totul o sa fie ca inainte. Eu cred ca o sa-si revina epassporte pana la sfarsitul lunii sau chiar mai repede. Se pare ca au multe conturi de verificat  Nu vreau sa fiu in locul lor :(

Nu cred ca o sa fie GAME OVER pt Epassport sau pt alte firme de genul respectiv. Avand in vedere ca Jasmin si alte siteuri au optat pt Payoneer nu cred ca ar fi facut asta daca nu ar fi primit confirmari de la Payoneer ca este in regula la ei si sunt in regula cu legile SUA ca sa nu se inample ca si Epassport. Nu de alta dar dupa isi pierde lumea credibilitatea nu numai in siteurile de genul respectiv ci si in cele de videochat.

V-ati intrebat vreo data,daca forumurile de acest gen,si astfel de discutii cu:gata...sa terminat,am luat teapa si restul,ar putea fi luate in considerare si in cel mai rau caz drept o idee?Parerea mea,este ca sunt monitorizate si discutiile de acest gen de catre cei de la epass.Oricine ar fi interesat sa vada parerile oamenilor despre afacerea sa....Mai bine ar fi sa nu ne mai pronuntam sau sa ne dam cu parerea pana nu apare nimic concret  Altfel,putem da idei stralucite  ....sau mai bine zis,deja am dat... Succes acolo!

Feedback-ul e important doar atunci cand doresti sa construiesti . Daca ePassporte ar avea din start intentia de teapa ... ar avea pus la punct un plan bine stabilit de rutare a banilor , etc. N-ar avea nevoie de feedback-ul existent in forumuri .
Asadar Cameron sau Spliberg ? Incep sa cred ca-ti plac SF-urile.

Tocmai la acest plan am facut referire in cateva posturi din urma...Din comunicatul de azi noapte,am sa te intreb ce parere ai despre fraza in care ne comunica faptul ca au chiar si ei bani blocati la VISA. Crezi acest lucru? Succes acolo! P.S il prefer pe Steven
