It is simple: one window which shows the webcam or the video device you chosen from the Tray icon, which always remains ON TOP of all other its features are the following:

* WebCam Viewer allows you to select any video device you want (from the Tray notification area)
* WebCam Viewer automatically detects the maximum video resolution that it supports and previews the video at that maximum resolution
* WebCam Viewer’s main dialog can be resized and/or moved, and the settings are saved in an XML file
* WebCam Viewer remembers the last video device you’ve used, so next time you start this application, it will automatically start previewing
* WebCam Viewer remembers the last size and location of the window, so you’ll always have it where you left it

cel putin asa spune linkscan , dar eu unul ma abtin sa incerc ceva ce nu vine direct din partea site-ului/site-lor cu care lucrez , prefer sa lucrez cu tot ceea ce imi ofera un site , inclusiv recomandarile de utilizare a vreunei camere web ori videocamere sau bineinteles a unui splitcam sau program, este mai..safe asa,...cel putin pentru mine..

ok, ma voi verifica si cu norton si revin... eu am testat cu AVG si BitDefender... dar nah, nu se stie niciodata

Imi voi cere scuze public daca intr-adevar este asa, revin acus cu detalii.

Asta nu e virus man, pur si simplu Norton te informeaza ca nu stie nimeni de aplicatia asta si, prin urmare, e posibil sa ai vreun risc. (probabil ti-ai setat tu antivirusul la "INSANE" detection algorithms lol)
